This Premier Coaching Program supports you in fully engaging in your healing process on all levels. I’m committed to helping you resolve your current health issues and realizing your highest potential for vibrant health.
This program is designed to:
- Identify the primary causes of your health issues.
- Create a health and wellness program to address those causes.
- Support you in reaching your optimal level of health.
Together we will:
* Identify your health goals and design a program that will have you reach your goals on the shortest possible time-line.
* Address specific nutrient deficiencies assessed through your symptoms and/or test results.
* Create an individualized diet plan designed to optimize your energy, support regenerative processes in the body and balance your hormone levels.
* Implement a detoxification program to address specific toxicities that may be adversely affecting your health.
* Follow therapeutic nutrition protocols for specific health issues you may be facing such as unhealthy weight gain, chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, depression and insomnia, and chronic pain.
* Create a wellness mindset which optimizes your capacity to heal, rejuvenate and release any negative emotions or beliefs which are holding you back from your health goals.
* Customize your program to your individual needs.
